At The Firebird, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furnishings. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
