Most of our home decor and smaller furniture pieces ship within 3-5 business days. For larger items like sofas and dining tables, please allow 2-3 weeks for white-glove delivery and setup.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Firebird ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
